Delivery Terms

The items offered for sale are mostly in stock, so we are able to ship your order promptly after payment. All products can be shipped within 2 to 4 working days.


We supply only new products in original quality. Guarantees are valid for between 3 months and 2 years, according to product. There is no guarantee for consumable items.


Postal charges will be calculated separately. All prices and additional charges will be calculated according to the price list on the day of delivery, as shown on www.blue-door.ch. Prices shown are valid unless a website database error results in an incorrect price.


Deliveries will be made by Swiss Post or DPD. Purchases may be collected from our shops in Basel or Grellingen.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be calculated according to current Swiss Post and DPD rates.

Payment Options

Goods must be paid for in advance. Payments are to be made to our bank account in Switzerland as specified. Payment options are:
• Bank transfer
• Swiss Post Giro (Einzahlungschein, customers in Switzerland only)
• PayPal
• Monthly invoice (see following section)

Monthly invoice with part payment option (PowerPay)

With the monthly invoice (PowerPay) - you can pay your online purchases easily by invoice with a part payment option. MF Group / PowerPay as an external payment service provider offers the payment method "payment via invoice". At the end of the payment process PowerPay takes over the resulting invoice requirement and handles the corresponding payment option. By selecting the monthly invoice you accept the terms and conditions of PowerPay. (powerpay.ch/en/agb).

Additional fees will apply according to the terms and conditions of PowerPay, if you choose to pay in instalments or if you do not meet the payment deadline of the invoice.

Part Deliveries

Unless otherwise specified in the email order confirmation, we reserve the right to make part deliveries. If initially only part of an order can be executed, the remainder will be shipped free of charge.

Refusal of Delivery

If delivery of our goods is refused without due cause, we will charge you for any costs incurred. Our right to fulfilment of contract of sale is not affected.


Exchange of goods is only possible if we have executed your order incorrectly or if the product is defective. Goods returned must be accompanied by a copy of the delivery form or payment advice, as otherwise your complaint cannot be considered. If goods are damaged in transit you must notify us within 48 hours, or your right to free replacement lapses.


1. the customer must inspect the goods on delivery and report any defects to Bluedoor as soon as possible, at the latest within 8 days.
2. if the goods are defective you are entitled to restitution. If this restitution should twice prove unsatisfactory, you are entitled to a price reduction or refund.

Liability Exclusions

1. we are not liable for packing errors.
2. we are only liable for gross negligence and intent.
